The Institute of Data and Policy Research (IDPR) is an independent research, intelligence and professional learning institution focused on turning data, research and insight into practical solutions. We bring together research, data, policy analysis, industry intelligence and expert knowledge to help organisations understand complex issues, identify emerging opportunities, strengthen capabilities and respond effectively to changing environments.

Dr. Cynthia U.O. Addae

Research, Management & Professional Learning

Dr. Cynthia Addae is a researcher, academic and management professional with experience in higher education, research, industry and professional learning. She holds a PhD in Management and has expertise in management, workforce development, skills and employability, organisational performance and applied research. Her work focuses on connecting research and industry needs to develop practical insights, strengthen organisational capabilities and support meaningful outcomes.
