The world of work is changing. Organisations need new skills, people need new pathways into employment, and traditional education does not always move at the same pace as the labour market.

At IDPR, we take a different approach. We work with organisations to identify and co-design around their workforce needs, then develop practical learning pathways that equip people with relevant, job ready skills and connect them to real opportunities.
